Technology has already integrated its negative effects in the classroom and convinced student that technology is taking no toll on their education, according to Maureen Ebben (2017). Technology affect a lot of student life easily, technology can bring your grade down quick as possible. Students get distracted by technologies and unable to complete their work and education. A lot of students do not take education serious and just want to be on their phone. The phone keeps you back from learning something you think you can’t learn, and then you blame it on the teacher or friends. Not getting an education is a huge disappointment for your parents and for yourself, so should phone be allowed in classroom?

Using a cell phone in class is a very huge distraction from doing your work. A lot of people didn’t achieve their education or drop out of school because they prefer to be on their phone instead of doing their work. Student payed more attention on their phone instead of their school work. Student will always find an excuse like going to the restroom just to be on their cell phone. Students is so easy to get attracted with phones, walking to School with the phone in the hand, using the phone to communicate with others, sleeping with the phone.

Basically, doing everything with the phone. Nowadays student think that cell phones are more important than anything, that’s why most of them don’t really care about anything. Without a cell phone student find it difficult to do school work. Mobile phone is one the most rapidly growing new technologies in the world (Rebello,2010). It is generally assumed that the students who showed better or higher performance in the starting classes of their studies start falling apart as soon as they get a cell phones.

In some classroom technology is overused. This can lead to a variety of problems. Technology should be used to supplement the classroom curriculum but should not be used as the sole source of learning. One problem that many classrooms teachers face is that students often use computers primarily for games but no for their work. If the teacher and students are not experienced with technology in the classroom, valuable time is often wasted on technical troubles

While the teacher teaching how to work a problem out, some student be on the phone without teacher knowing. As soon as they get a test paper back and see it’s F they blame on the teacher that he didn’t thought them well, but truly it’s their own fault because they want to be on the phone instead of paying attention. Student would never blame their phone because they love it, a small little electronic device can ruin your day with a fail test for the students that care about their grade. Cell phone cannot only Messed up your grade it can also ruin your life by texting a little girl under age asking for inappropriate stuff (Lardier, 2018).

Computers, tablets, smartphones allow fast, easy and work for you but at the end of the day you not learning anything. Getting a 100% on a test by using your phone isn’t proving your knowledge. All its proving is you not learning anything or knowing how to do it. A lot of people get suspended by cell phone, using in class during test because of not paying attention to the teacher. It’s fun and game for students who getting F that don’t care for their education. End of the day, same students who was having fun and enjoying high school days struggle in the future because of that same little device that was distracting them from the beginning.

Cell phone overuse has many seriously bad side effects. Primarily, cell phones are caused by microwave radiation these devices transmit. Our immune system suffers a lot because of that. Another reason is our irresponsible use of cell phones. When texting someone or reading an article on the Internet, we have to stare at a small-sized screen of our cell phone. That can put a lot of strain on our eyes. They can dry out and hurt when blinking. Eventually, this may result in visual deterioration.

When talking about cell phones and health, we cannot ignore their influence on sleep. Students don’t realize having 8-9 hours sleeping is great. Some students get used to set the alarm and put a cell phone somewhere not far from the head or even under the pillow. In fact, it’s a bad idea. Having a mobile device at hand can also end up with insomnia. You’ll feel tempted to check it at night. You won’t be able to sleep properly because of its vibrating and beeping. Sleep deprivation can lead to serious mental health problems.

The students are just addicted to mobile phones. They can be seen playing games, chatting, and talking to their friends on their mobile phones most of the times. This is the reason why they don’t get time for studies. In fact, students are more interested in wasting their time on mobile phones, rather than spending it on studying. Being on the phone 24/7 is very sad, unhealthy for a student. The more the cell phone being use the more its damage the brain.

80% of student used cell phones to school, most parents don’t really know that cell phone is a huge distraction for students. Texting is the main offender for negative social effects, interrupting conversations and reducing the texter’s ability to communicate verbally. Phones introduce users to more bacteria, and regular texting, gaming and Internet surfing on phones result in thumb strain.
