As we can see nowadays no one is ready to overwhelm each other but if we talk about conflicts at work places it is going at the peak points which we cannot imagine at all. In a clear way, conflict means a misunderstanding between two people regarding with likes and dislikes of work places. Moreover, it depends upon person to person that how they think and keep that situation in a better way to resolve that. Furthermore, there is different type of work place conflicts which I am going to discuss about that in the upcoming paragraphs.

There are some most top listing causes which are given below:

  • Poor management which matters a lot in every field whether the work is small or on high post management should be of high level like they have to fulfill all the specific requirements of their employees as well know and tackle all the difficulties like their own problems.
  • Poor communication for example: Two people working at same place with no conversation at all they have to face such kind of conflicts because they are not satisfied with different people’s opinion because they have to prove each other on particular levels.
  • Lack of equal opportunities according to my point of view this should be the most trending work place conflict because some companies have their most favourite employees they always used to care them whether it’s about promotion or any decision no matter that other is doing much better than his/her. They do not give equal rights to all the workers.
  • Poor work environment This conflict show that the supervisor is unable to handle the work or expectations of the company or we can say that the employees does not have as much good bonding that they can do work with full efforts or with equal sharing.

Categories of Work Conflict

Leadership: This seems as the most trending or we can say that most important thing which we have to bother. Because different leaders have different point of view they have different ways to tackle with difficulties and to sort them in a proper way but if two leaders take care of one thing than conflict occurs because they have their own opinions.

Work styles: Now if we talk about the conflict it depends upon the person and the work place because not all the person prefer team work there are some people who want to do work by their own efforts they are not willing to do with team reason behind this maybe is the introvert or we can that they don’t want to share their success with others.

Difference in background: Some of them have different point of view they have different mind to take all the tasks because all the workers have different age, education as well different opinion to do the work in the better way. Like a young use to take short cuts to do work in the congested time where a matured guy will do the work with full efforts as well in the better way regarding to the company’s rules.

It matters a lot because if we want to be sophisticated in a specific field we have to do some efforts like we have to stop conflicts which happened at work places. There are such particular things by which we can resolve these types: like listen carefully to the conversation to clear misunderstandings, stop arguing that others are wrong, maintain your behaviour toward others, do work regarding with the success or admit when you are wrong, be a good worker forget your attitude toward others, clear everything if you have any doubt by talking face to face with others.

At last, I would like to say only one thing that we have to put some lights on these conflicts because these are increasing day by day we have to take care we know these conflicts occur only due to introvert behaviour or attitude of the person we have to keep things in mind that we should be more practical if we want to touch the success or expectations of the particular company.
