Leadership is one of the best investigating areas of organization. Where he will be evaluating the effectiveness of the leadership plan and promote healthy and safe surroundings that supports a arts of quality leadership is a common term that is easy to describe but can be difficult to implement, leaders can be found everywhere including our families, friends, and community. To be a good leader means to think analytically by reviewing the whole situation before making any conclusions. A leader requires more skill than just communication, they should be open-minded. This is one of the most difficult characteristics leaders need to take on. The goal is attained by mutual cooperation and cohesive behavior. According to Mosley and Pietri (2011), leadership is embedded in manipulating human behaviors with a sole purpose of attaining the given goal.

I was inspired by Mother Teresa’s documentary movies and novels, since from my childhood. Mother Teresa is my leader. Mother Teresa was a great women and a famous “one woman, one mission”. Who had taken a big step to change the world? She was a much disciplined woman who appreciates god by helping poor and needy people. She was very close to god and never missed prayer. She knew she had to be a teacher to spread love of Christ. When she was eighteen she left her parental home and joined nun with missions in India. She doesn’t have money but her attention, confidence, trust and energy which helped her to support poor people. She joined voluntary work to help needy people with financial support. This made it possible for her to extend scope of her work and she had helped a lot to the poor people.

The society of missionaries has spread all over the world and her work has been recognized and commended thought out. Mother Teresa follows the contingency theories. She helped the people according to their situation for example if they were starving she would provide food for them, if they had no place to stay she would provide a home for them to stay, if they are ill she took her time to practice medicine in order to help heal them. If situation came, she would find a solution to help them in some way. Mother Teresa had a very interesting life. I choose her because she is my hero. She is a lady who had inspired lots of people. She was unique one who always stands out from the crowd. She acts as a different leader in the world.

The leadership qualities that a Mother Teresa are; Determination: she was concerned with the poverty in India, she took upon herself to make sure it went down and that the people were helped and care. Well equipped: she learned the ways of medicine and made sure she had supplies along with food and shelter to house the sick and poor. Courageous: she was willing to take chances, she wanted to help and she gave up a lot in order to do so, she left her home and family to provide and help those without. Confidence: she was confident in her work as well as satisfied. Caring: she was caring towards all people that came to her for help, she turned down no one. Inspirational: she inspired others to do well. People saw the things that she did and were inspired to join her in helping those less blessed.

Inspirational is the best behavior or skill that mother Teresa make successful leader. In this world full of good people having great welfare but everyone needs an inspiration to go ahead. She has spent her whole life by caring poor and sick people as real mother. She was a great woman who is always admired and respected by the people all over the world for her amazing works and achievements. She is a great legend and highly recognizable symbol of the sympathy and care of our time.

According to servant leadership style, mother Teresa is almost a perfect of a servant leader. Since she focuses on the needs of other, especially team members, before she consider her own. She also gives them full support they need to meet their work and personal goals. She will always try to see, think deeply about other emotions and behavior and consider how they affect the people around their and align withj their value. Thousands of people were inspired by the servant leader followed her footprint to contribute their life to the charity. She said when she was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize: “I am unworthy; I accepted the prize in the name of the poor. The prize is reorganization of the poor world by serving the poor I am serving him”. These days the more than 4800 missionary sisters of charity and about 400 missionary brothers, and thousands of helpers continue mother Teresa’s work. The missionary of charity organization continues to grow and attract new supporters.

I am an autocratic leadership follower. I am not pressing myself, but I am following this leadership because, all we need is capability and respect. I used to take my own decision and it should be keep an eye on by others. And I take my own judgment since I’m the eldest in my family. As of now there is no complain till date but, I fell it is stable for me followed it. To conclude leaders do small thing in a great manner, small thing in the life matters in a life. Use your brain and follow your heart.
