Individual reflection is an amalgamation of several ideas with varied experiences knowledge, I believe that the reflection of team work helps ous complete the task effectively and successfully. The areas where the individual is strong or weak can be compensated by other team member. Since that team work helps ous gain knowledge and builds our unity support towards co members.
The task given to ous was a challenge to price the product of a particular NGO for their services provided to the individuals, there was a lot of accounting and strategy management involved , which was required in each structure of our assignment , we included things like pricing strategy, sensitive analysis and cost analysis for the project . Each member had their own way of presenting situation which helped understand member’s point of view and understand management. The value of the group support made me help overcome challenges easily. The group work made me realize the importance of forming , storming, noming and performing .I was the in charge of introduction and summary where had to mention about every part of the project. Financial analysis was the major part, where the work efficiency made me realize about the knowledge about finance. Through the weeks I went across few steps to complete our assignment like

Communication was one the key role to our team work as it is a strong and cohesive system that develops to complete the task in timely manner. Working together helped me understand my capacities and capabilities, by team work i felt comfortable to share my ideas and responses towards the project, since that we had the shared goal it was easy to generate a possible outcome.

During the first week we were given some task about personality development and to self-evaluate ourselves, I had issues with my communication and motivating skills. But after when I went through the assignments I was pretty sure that I had improved myself in this particular part as well.
