Free Will

The concept free will is related to the actions we perform, i.e moral responsibility, praising one, feeling guilt of anything we have done, and the judgement we make of something or someone. And it is also can be best described in following ways like advising someone, perusing someone on any point. What I believe that yes, we do have free will, how! Let’s understand this with some practical life examples:

  • My friend Ahmed and all my other friends are programming to go for pool party, if I don’t want to go with them because I don’t like swimming for instance, so its my free will if I don’t go with them, if I have chosen not to go with them it’s my will power and I do have will power inside me
  • I have some hobbies like reading novels, and playing video game, in my leisure time I cant make my choice on my will wither to play video game or to read novel

So that is my perspective about free will, but on the other hand if we go through the literature and some what we’ll find let’s see!
This is one of the oldest question psychologies is catering with. Which is, do individual have will power to choose the path to change his/her life? The perspective of meta physics on free will is, if individual don’t have free will, why they exist on this planet, because if we can’t change our life the way we want to change it then there is no point of life exist.

According to Neuroscience, neuroscientists can study the human mind 11seconds before they make decision, free will and free thought is the perspective of neuroscience can look like quite pretty. In the study, neuroscientists have done an experiment using the fMRI machine to study the mind while making decisions, in that study the participants were given two things to chose between those, participants were given 20 seconds to make the decision.

The professor at the university of South Wales in Australia, Mr. Lead author Joel Pearson, said that the study suggests traces of thoughts exist unconsciously before they become conscious. According to the professor, the decision what the participant made was triggered by the non-conscious traces in the mind. In other words, if any preexisting brain activity matches one of your decisions then your brain will be more likely to select that choice as the pre-existing brain activity boosts it.

However according to neuroscience, freedom can be implemented by both the unconscious and conscious self — and there are neuroscientists claiming that being controlled by our own subconscious brain is hardly an affront to free will. Studies demonstrating that neuroscientists can predict our activities long before we know they do not necessarily negate the notion of free will, but they definitely complicate our understanding of our responsibility.

On the other hand many philosophers say that there is no such thing like free will, all we choose to do have some pas, or we can say this a learned behavior. it seems obvious to me that I have unrestrained choice. When I have quite recently settled on a choice, state, to go to a show, I feel that I could have accomplished something different. However numerous logicians state this impulse isn’t right. As per their view, choice is an illusion of our creative mind.

Nobody has it or ever will. Or maybe our decisions are either decided—vital results of the occasions that have occurred previously—or they are arbitrary.

They understand that there is always more than one outlook for anything As a free thinker, you should know that perspective is all and that it can alter in the blink of an eye as much as it is all. You might have a powerful view about something and then change it once you go through a scenario that would open your eyes to distinct facts. You also understand that you have the authority to determine your mood from your view. To a free thinker it would be a solution while for other what might be a problem

What I conclude from all the discussion, yes we do have free will inside us which is triggered by both conscious and sub-conscious mind.
