Just like my prior stint in graduate school, I want my MBA education be a memorable life experience rather than just a set of academic courses. While I learn how to be a business leader and an agent of positive change in the world around me, I want to enjoy life as a student and also make it enjoyable to others around me. After graduating from, I hope to be remembered by my classmates as a strong team player, an excellent contributor to academic activities and, most importantly, a genuine friend. An important part of my Johnson legacy would be my contributions to various student clubs.
I want to make positive contributions to clubs such as the High Tech Club, and the South Asian Business Club, by leveraging my contacts to facilitate speaker events and networking opportunities that can be beneficial to me and my peers I will also be involved in Community Consulting initiatives, which will allow me to learn and achieve social impact at the same time I want to augment my contribution to programs in both the US, and my home country, India, by connecting interested members of the community with the community organizations that I am currently working with. By doing so, I will be able to build a framework that: is beneficial to all parties involved, can make a bigger impact than my individual efforts alone, and can serve as my legacy long beyond my time.
