Please be directed that the undersigned, as Lessee under a certain lease for locations known as 8622 Bayparkway (Brooklyn, NY) and dated 12/01/2018(Lease), does herby exercise his/her option to cover the term of said Lease for a retro beginning on 12/01/2018 and dismissing on 12/01/2019.

During cover term, Lessee shall pay rent of $14400 per annum, and payable $1200 per month in loan, in lieu of the rent restricted in the unique Lease.

It is extra provided, however, that all other terms of the Lease will endure during this protracted term as if set onward here.
