Chinese cuisine is a traditional Chinese restaurant where people can enjoy several of delicious Chinese food and drink Chinese tea. The Chinese restaurant is an industry where serves Chinese cuisine outside China.

Chinese cuisine is very ancient and dates back to 40,000 years and it shows their culture and tradition. The practice of attracting clients in the Chinese restaurant industry has been developing in recent years cause today`s customers are very fluent and they always look something special where provides with unordinary food, service, atmosphere and employee treatment in the restaurant, they don`t like to pay for poor service. The Chinese restaurant industry has strong competition with other cuisines on the market, so Chinese restaurants have to better understand the restaurant selection process and customers` nutritional requirements. Restaurant owners should be attentive to the food quality, service quality, and restaurant atmosphere in order to provide customers` needs.

However Chinese restaurant customers are increasing and several customers also share their comments and impressions about Chinese cuisine. One of customer said “We loved a Chinese whilst in Plymouth for fireworks – within minutes if sitting down are starters arrived – best prawn toast ever! The mains were superb and served quickly. Other restaurant indicators are changed. The final plan separated the sample from the tour to the tourists and restaurants. Interestingly, the results showed the exact distinction between the significance of all the characters taken to study. For this reason, this study of the selection criteria for Chinese restaurant customers can lead to important research results, and this is expected to contribute to customer literature on restaurant choices
