Job interview is an interview consisting of a conversation between a job applicant and a representative of an employer which is conducted to assess whether the applicant should be hired. To impress employer in a job interview is easy when you follow these steps namely prepare a related story, dress up well, and ask question often.

The first step to impress your employer in a job interview is you tell a story about yourself. This is because, for sure, your interviewer wants to know about your skills and experiences, but them also wants to know about you. When you tell them about yourself, make sure it simple and as short as it can be such as your past experience or skills that you have. The effect of this, the interviewer will easily remember you because you are interesting and you managed to catch his or her attention. All in all, in a job interview you should know the right way to tell a story about yourself, skills, and experiences but don’t over the limit.

The next step is you must make sure that your outfit is a bomb. Regardless of what kind of company you will go for interview, you have to show up with a good appearance. For example, you can wear a suit and it always look good in any situations. Then, to be more confirm about the outfit, first, you should ask the company that you will go for interview what their dress code is or you can do some research by yourself in the internet about appropriate or suitable interview attire. At the end of the day, though, it’s always better and safe to overdress than underdress as long as it is suitable and proper.

The last step on how to impress employer in a job interview is ask questions often. When you like to ask questions, it shows you are interested towards the job. For example, you can ask about your salary, your position in the company and scope of your job. Then, when you get all the information, you have the knowledge about the job that you will work later. Other than that, the interviewer will assume you as a committed person and different from other candidates because you ask questions before you leave the interview room. All in all, from asking questions it shows that you are interested with the job that you are applying.
