In this enormous world, every people commonly have issues and problems in every second of life. Try to think of yourself. How much trouble do you have in a day? How do you overcome that obstacle? Most of the time, we choose the wrong way, and that becomes another trouble. Problem is a trivial matter if you have excellent solutions. So, whether your life will be happy or not, it depends on how you solve the problems that occur. By following these three ways, you will be able to tackle the issues productively.

Believe it or not, you can find a solution to the problem before it happens. We all have parallel lines of our lives and time. The better our time-management skills are, the better we could solve our problems. It’s because you organized and arranged everything. Putting it simply, you should schedule your time first. Time-boxing is the optimal way to structure your day and stretch your time. First, you need to use your calendar and task management tool on your mobile phone. Divide your time for each work and task. Mark the date and the exact time when you’re going to do things. Concentrate and follow your plan intently. After a week, you will see that you use your time worthily or not. If not, you ought to adjust your time for each work wisely. It helps you not to overwork and suffer from work with a tight deadline.

For the second thing, you need to build creativity to enhance your problem-solving skills. There are two thinking tools needed: divergent thinking and convergent thinking. First, divergent thinking is to think outside the box. To illustrate, Nescafé Company used this thinking tool to create its product called Nespresso, a machine that brews coffee from coffee capsules. They tried to look for a method in which customers can have a perfect cup of coffee using not so much time. Secondly, convergent thinking is to narrow down multiple ideas you generate into a single solution. Following these, you will have innovative solutions to help you settle the issues creatively.

Most importantly, you must define the problems. You should understand your issue first then try to figure out what causes that problem. Flip your perspective on how to solve the issue. Reframing the question might help you find a different solution as well. For example, if you’re an apartment owner and the elevator in your apartment is very old – the residents are upset, and they want you to solve this problem. What you should do is to point out a reason from a different perspective. If you think the problem is that the elevator is slow, you might change the elevator. In another way, if you consider that maybe people hate waiting. Your solution is to add a mirror inside. People like watching themselves in the mirror, so they would forget how long this elevator takes. In short, if you change your viewpoint to the matter, you will find a key to a novel solution.

To summarize, there are three tips to help you solve your problems productively: schedule your time, establish thinking tools, and identify your problems. You will be able to control your life, and it would be happier.
