Happiness is the most important feeling that someone could feel. one useful standard for living is being able to be genuinely happy. Happiness can come in many different ways. Positive people always seem to be the happy people. No matter what type of hardships they have endured, they try their best to overcome and set out a positive day they have set forward. They know what happiness is and try to forget about the negative things. There are three effects that make me happy which are having energy, having money and having good health. Having good health should make anyone happy.
The most fundamental part of having a happy life is your health. Being healthy allows you to work and make money and have certain things that you want. On the other hand, when someone is not so healthy, they cannot accomplish or achieve their common goals; consequently, and can become angry and sad. Your health is everything because having good health enables self to perform the daily functions of your life and can potentially make you happier. Personally, health wise I faithfully go to the gym six times a week at least 2 hours every session, intensively. Good health allows me to enjoy a happy life. It allows me to stay motivated and always keep a positive mindset.
In most situations, many could argue that money is the key to all happiness. A lot of people strongly believe being financially stable is the peak of happiness. In my opinion, materialistic things shouldn’t fill the void to someone’s happiness if it’ll only last temporarily because soon enough, we’re all going to leave this earth one day.
