A good leader is someone who is willing to help others. A leader cannot be someone that does not help other and puts him/herself first. A good leader has to put others needs before their needs. Mother Teresa was a Roman Catholic Nun who commited her entire life in helping the poor. Mother Teresa established the missionaries of charity. By doing this she provided food and other needs for the poorer people.
She taught in a school for 17 years, until she received a call to help the poor and sick. She established a hospice for the blind, aged, and the disabled. Mother Teresa was a good leader because she went all around the world helping people she cared about. In addition to this Oprah Winfrey was also a good leader because she helped kids all around the world. Throughout Oprah’s life she has helped and raised money for children in Russia to get an education. Oprah seeks to give each and every kid a chance to learn and be successful in life. She has built schools, books, and other requirements that children need to be fortunate in life.
Oprah is always looking for a way to help those in need. She has helped people globally and is recognized for all the hard work she has done for parents and children. On the other hand, Adolf Hitler was a not a good leader because he was selfish. Hitler was the leader of the Nazis of Germany. He started World War II by invading Poland and oversaw policies that resulted in millions of deaths. Hitler persuaded citizens that the jews caused all the problems and was being selfish by blaming others instead of helping them. Adolf hitler has an unsatisfactory history of killing 6 million innocent people. He always wanted everything his own way.
Hitler was powerful in the Nazi Germany and never put others before himself.A good leader is someone who is willing to help others. After reading some good and bad leader examples you know that one is an honest helpful role model, who has knowledge on how to keep everything under control.
