For the goal of graduating college in the year 2004, my weakness in the area of skill is that there is so much that I haven’t learned yet, Only by going to class and studying will I get the proper knowledge to graduate I am familiar with my basic concepts from high school and those that l have learned from introductory courses, but I won‘t be ready to graduate until I learn specialized skills from more advanced classes. My weakness in the area of will is that it is hard for me to go to class sometimes. There are days when I don’t feel like doing anything. I know this happens to everybody, but I just have to keep working. When I was younger, I was really tired and I didn’t leel like studying. I ended up doing poorly on the test and I realized that sometimes you Just have to do what you have to do.
My weakness in the area of self regulation is that I‘m not organized. If I want to succeed I need to figure out a better system of keeping my notes and memos organized! My weakness in the academic environment is that I don‘t go talk to a lot of professors anymore. For the most part this hasn’t really affected me because I have always gotten along fine but I know I could benefit from it. If you go and talk to a professor it shows them that you care and they might be willing to go farther for you if you need some help. for the goal of getting ajob this summer, my weakness is that I don’t have a lot of experience yet. I need to get ajob this summer so I can keep gaining the skills necessary for me to move up. The more you work the more professional skills you acquire and this is important so you can have better people skills and physical skills necessary for later on.
When I applied for one Job, I had all the necessary credentials, but I didn’t get the Job because I didn’t have enough actual experience. By working you rack up Vicarious experiences, and this teaches you how to do things. For Will, my weakness is I don’t have muc! Ih motivation to get really involved with a company, since I will most likely only work for one summer, there is not much chance for better salaries in the future. When I had a job last summer. I was only there for 3 months so there was not much incentive for me to go beyond the call of duty for self-regulation, it will be tough for me to get up forwork during the summer. However, I have had previous Jobs in the summer and I have done fine.
