In time as everything will change and develop, so as art will. There are going to be new methods of art, new ideas, and old ideas in a new version and new objects and tools will be used for arts. For instance, books are going to be replaced by iPads, and there will be a whole arts app and device that includes everything an artist may need to create his artworks. Because of that, the methods of teaching arts will change too. Here are some examples of modern art types:
Fluid Art
This type of art is known as fluid art, liquid art, or acrylic pouring. Creating abstract artworks is extremely satisfying and relaxing because what’s done is letting the paint to run and create a master piece. To create this type of abstract art we need acrylic paint that is more liquid because the point is to let it run. There are many creative ways to combine the paints and create this abstract art. The special thing about this type of art is that it can be used for many ages. The best paint that can be used for this art is fluid acrylics that has a consistency that is much thinner than heavy body acrylics. In case thick acrylics is what you got, you’re going to want to get them thinner with water.
Pouring Mediums
Even though fluid acrylics have a high viscosity, you might still want to add something to create the consistency you need for your art work. The element you’ll add depends on either you’re doing a coated pour or awash pour. To create the viscosity you’d like, you should first try adjusting your pigments with water. As fluid paints will not need much water to be added but for a coated pour, only a small amount in a 1:10 ratio should be added.
