The terms ‘business manager and entrepreneur’ are chiefly used differently, but an entrepreneur yields a diverse role than a business manager. The chief difference between Manager and Entrepreneur is their role in the business organization. An entrepreneur is the holder of the company while the Business Manager is the worker of the company. An entrepreneur is a risk taker; they yield financial risk for the business enterprise.

The entrepreneur has emphasis and vision on the profit and achievements. The Manager must track the business organization, switch it and make sure all is working easily (Naidu, 2013). Manager workings for salary and does not yield some risks. The main function of the entrepreneur is to undertake the risks in the establishment of new industries and activities related to innovations.

The Main function of the manager is to manage various sources of production and to establish coordination between them. The entrepreneur gets a reward for taking risks comprised in the enterprise is extremely uncertain income. But a manager gets income as a reward for the rendered services through him in the business enterprise. Salary of a manager is fixed and certain. Entrepreneurship is the process of designing, launching and running a new business, which is often initially a small business.

The people who create these businesses are called entrepreneurs. Management involves identifying the mission, objective, procedures, rules and manipulation of the human capital of an enterprise to contribute to the success of the enterprise. This implies effective communication: an enterprise environment implies human motivation and implies some sort of successful progress or system outcome.
