Road rage is a dangerious habit that is not worth the negative consequences. Before I began my 32-day journal, I had an issue with road rage. My poor time management skills were the reason I was late to many functions. Running late affected my mood in a negative way, I would constantly be agrevated with other drivers I did not like to admit it, but I was a bad driver. Just the same as the drivers who I would scream and curse at for making simple mistakes.

When a driver would make a simple mistake I would get so frustrated I would yell and scream, even though the driver could not hear me, at the person who made the driving error I would not manage my time affectively, by leaving late or not scheduling enough times between destinations. Tailgating other drivers was an acceptable habit if the offense fit. Although tailgating is a dangerous habit for all parties involved After driving for six years and know with two wonderful children I need to change my driving habits. It is unsafe for me and all parties involved also the police-issued tickets can be very expensive. Improve my driving will also help me arrive on time.
