Therefore, to be a corporation with a diverse workforce in age, this company requires to organize the employee by different age to work together. Saudi Arabia in the past did not utilize the idea of workforce decent variety, for example in a couple of years ago women on Saudi Arbai used to be nurses, teachers, doctors. Because of Saudi Vision, 2030 everything is changing the women can work whatever she wants wherever she wants for an instance, that last news about women job that they can work as a captain on the airplane. Every company in said Arabia has specific percent from the government that has o hire women.

Workplace diversity when they are a number of people working with different characteristic at work together. the workers that work together come from different views of the word, follow different areas, speak different languages. however, diversity management planed committed by the company to select, recruit, reward promote a mix of employees.

Therefore, diversity management can lead the firm, and improve the performance for the organizing, as well as encouraging equity between man and women.

Diversity of the workforce is the act of implementing a set of workers with various conditions and characteristics. Gender, nationality, belief, age, and ability. Diversity of the workforce is the variations and similarities in particular aspects such as social, religious and psychological features between an worker in the workforce. All Society Encourages variety particularly in Saudi Arabia because it has many advantages that can have a significant effect on our workplace behavior, employees can benefit from the thoughts of others and enhance the company’s efficiency and creativity. Workforce diversity has lots of benefits such as first, managing people the employees will be able to share the ideas, the quality of decision making will improve. Second performance for the firm progress the problem solving, as well as the flexible system, and will reduce cost with higher turnover. third, strategic development the employees will be aware and understand the marketplace so will have the ability to have batter market buyers’ divers, can be more likely to helps the customer needs, and can react to changing the market. If a corporation connects together a diversity of individuals in one community, this team will have to count on their communication skills to do the job efficiently and effectively.

Diversity of the workforce is not all beneficial. language may be one of the factors for the bother. that’s why in the workplace a prevalent language such as English can become very helpful. another benefit for the variety of the workers is the failure to see beyond the indigenous culture which will influence the basis of the community and may trigger disintegration due to the recognition of a specific class of culture and not adopted by another group. another disbenefit is that variety could destroy nations social and cultural specificity and make their culture accessible and accessible for various cultures to enter and leave. this leads cultures to lose their image. finally, diversity in the workforce can generate disputes and disagreements between states and people especially with respect to cultural diversity in politics and religion.

In summary, workforce diversity is about the number of workers with different backgrounds and features have workplace variety. Race and gender are these features example .addition, the benefits of inclusion of the workers include assisting each other with changing social behavior, having a strong name for the diverse firm, and creating some necessary abilities such as communication and teamwork. Diversity of the workforce has disadvantages that include difficulties in efficiently communicating owing to language obstacles, the failure to see beyond the indigenous culture that contributes to discrimination, and the loss of social and civilization specificity.
