The country I’m doing is Mexico, the 3 countries that influenced this country is African and Asian influences were also introduced into the indigenous cuisine during this era as a result of African slavery in New Spain and the Manila-Acapulco Galleons. Which means that Mexicans was learning how to cooking food by the African American and started to know how Asian and new Spain food. By just looking, tasting, touch, and smell by just mixing some good ingredients together. Cooking for the family is a celebration as well.

To get together and become as one. Cooking with the family is so important because everyone is there to enjoy themselves. And it is part of their memories that they won’t forget. It began about 9,000 years ago when agricultural communities such as the Maya formed, domesticating maize, creating the standard process of corn nixtamalization, and establishing their foodways. Successive waves of other Mesoamerican groups brought with them their own cooking methods. because it is just a city, the main feature of Mexico city cooking is that it been influenced by those of the other regions of Mexico, as well as a number of foreign influences. Mexico city is a beautiful place to spend time with your family or a vacation.

This is because Mexico city has been a center of migration of people from all over Mexico since pre-hispanic times. The Mexico establishment of the Aztec Empire in the 16th century, Europeans , the most important of which were meats from domesticated animals ( beef, pork, chicken, goat, and sheep). Dairy products especially cheese, milk, and rice. While the Spanish initially tried to impose their own diet on the country, this was not possible. In most of Mexico, especially in rural areas, much of the food is consumed in the most traditional Mexican cooking done domestically based on local ingredients.

Also, they can grow their own fruits and vegetables and having a farm for thy don’t have to spend money on markets. They can sell their food for the money and their animals if they have too much farm animals or if they can’t take care of them anymore. Mexican street food is one of the most varied parts of the cuisine. It includes tacos, quesadillas, pambazo, tamales, huaraches, alambres, al pastor, and food not suitable to cook at home.

Including barbacoa, carnitas, etc. one attraction of street food in Mexico is the satisfaction of hunger or craving for food since family members who don’t have enough money to go out and eat in a fancy restaurant they rather eat some food from the trucks that sell about $10 or $15. Without all the social and emotional connotation of eating at home, although longtime customers can have something of a friendship/ familial relationship with a chosen vendor.

In Mexico, corn is the dietary staple and indigenous elements are still strong in the cuisine. The cuisine is also distinguished by the use of herbs, such as chipilin and hierba Santa. Mexico is the most popular place to visit and wishes to have the most amazing memories and spending time with friends and family.
