In common, it is allowed to note that learning a foreign language makes the spiritual world of people more prospering, teaches them to conceive their thoughts concisely and clearly. In particular, V. Humbolt wrote that language is an organ that forms thoughts. Thinking not only depends on the language, but is conditioned by each language, and each language is an organ of the original thinking of the people. The language represents the clarification of the world by man, and represents the perception of the world. Language, creating and denoting individual objects, thereby creates for the people speaking it a picture of the world. A separate language forms a circle around the people, to go beyond which only by joining a different circle. Language has a (regulating) effect on a individual, i.e. a person treats objects as prescribed and in his behavior he is guided by language.

Thus, learning a foreign language makes it possible to be in contact with people with a different worldview and mentality, which essentially contributes to spiritual enrichment, the devastation of stereotypes, and cultural evolution. Knowledge of foreign languages contributes to the penetration of peoples into the past, knowledge of their present. Also, the learning of foreign languages helps to better be conscious of the culture of one’s home country, the interrelation of historical processes in one’s home base country and countries of the language being studied and in the world as a whole. The study of foreign languages allows you to better understand the native language and the interpretation of the words of the native language, to trace the influence of one language on another.

Overall, non-native language teaching should help students spread a substantial grounds of language, seize good learning techniques, proceed their cultural awareness so as to stumble on the needs of social evolution and economic construction.
