A lot of fans be violent when the team they’re supporting loses. Violence refers to harmful intentional physical acts motivated during a sports game. Mostly in relation to physical sports like soccer, American football, rugby, ice hockey, boxing, wrestling, lacrosse and martial Arts. The main focus is fans being violent in soccer. Most soccer players involved in potentially illegal physical contact; this act includes intentional attempt to get a player of the field. Violence in soccer by the supporters(fans) is also related to nationalism. Fans are really violent in International soccer games like the World Cup. It involves harmful actions caused by the fans between the supporters of the rivals teams and most of the time these fights take place after games. They choose a specific place to fight each other to avoid the attention of the police.

Fan violence can be at times be prompted by violent actions that involve the players themselves or any other form of event that could be taking place during a game or even disturbances and riots that are sport-related and often they occur for other reasons.
