Discrimination in the United States have been a big problem specially to the people who is being affect by these acts, for example, immigrants who have been discriminated at their own work by people who make them feel less just because they are immigrants and they came here to have a better life with their family. Immigrants have been marked by many things, various stereotypes about them is what makes other people discriminate them. Immigration Status Discrimination occurs when an employer treats an individual differently based upon their citizenship or immigration status. As that example there are many more reasons why immigrants are discriminated at their workplace.
The problem has been demonstrated on how illegal immigrants are getting treated in the work place. Now it is time to focus on the solution and how people can help these illegal immigrants. A lot of people say they are taking jobs from us but the jobs they do are the ones no one wants to do. If the illegal immigrants do not do these jobs this will hurt many businesses. It will also affect the production in America because there will be less workers and it will be a lot harder to find replacements.
We need these people but we need to come up with a plan that will help the United States and also protect the illegal workers. Immigrants make plans for where they come here, but there are lot obstacles that stops them from making their dreams true among other reasons as conditions, bosses, and trying to stay hidden can make life extremely difficult for them. The working conditions are so terrifying; it is unbelievable and any people in America would want to work in these conditions.

Of what I have heard of these immigrants that work at the fields is that they sometimes work extra hours and don’t get pay overtime for that they still get paid the minimum wage and just because they are scared of being reported back to Mexico they do not say anything about that. Bosses can make the immigrants’ life very tough and unfair because the immigrants cannot speak up for themselves.
Mexican Immigration has occurred for many years because of how the United States of America is connected to Mexico. These immigrants are coming over for the American Dream because it is so close to them and it’s their best opportunity for a better life. Most of the illegal immigrants that come from Mexico to America are from very poor places where is no employment at all or it is low pay rate and they come looking for employment with a good pay/income. In Mexico the average salary per hour is for the most $200 at day which is like $15 in USA, which is very hard for one person to survive on with family and very high prices on their dairy products to eat in their everyday life.
The poverty line is different in any country and what I had say before about the salary back there do not compare it to the United States the salaries. Comparing these two countries will show how different they are in economy and employment. Mexican parents know it is basically impossible to support a family on this salary, so they come here because they need a better life for them and their family and they have found it is the best option is to come to America where the conditions are a lot better for them In the world there are many problems that deserve attention but one that stands out is discrimination.
Discrimination comes in many shapes and sizes and can affect all citizens at one time or another. The people that I am going to talk about who get discriminated against physically and mentally are those that come from Mexico to the U.S. The Mexicans who travel over the border illegally come here to try and support their families for a better life. The problem is these people get treated very poorly by having to work from sunrise to sunset for very little pay.
They also cannot speak out when their bosses are abusing them because they do not have protection under the law. With saying that I want to demonstrate a possible solution to this. We can solve this by supporting illegal Mexican immigrants and to help them get a good status of immigration in the USA. One possible help can be supporting DACA with that we are supporting dreamers that want to get a good career life in this country.
