Nowadays, increasingly more people think highly of doing sports. They build up their bodies by running, weightlifting, climbing and a great deal of different methods. However, with so many methods to choose, which one is better and more suitable to us? And are we doing physical exercise in a right way? To solve these problems, I surf the Internet and finally found that not only sports’ kinds but also time and ways can make a difference to people. If we choose a wrong kind of sport, we might kill ourselves little by little.
A suitable sport to us is most important. We may kill ourselves by doing sports, which is amazing and real. According to Chinese newspaper, 14 people died in marathon games during 2015 to 2017 in China. After doing autopsy, most of them were found that they died of heart trouble. Their autopsies revealed an anomalous left coronary artery, which can lead to ischemia of the respective heart muscles under severe stress.
Therefore, we ought to select a suitable sport firstly. To different people, you should choose different sports. For example, when you are 18 to 35 years old, most of the sports are optional. If you are in you 35 to 50, it is recommended to practice activities that are beneficial for the health but low risk for injuries, such as swimming, walking. And when you are 50 to 60, you are supposed to choose after consulting your physician. Usually, symmetric sports are best in this region.
Choose a suitable sports firstly, otherwise, you will do so much in vain. After we choose a suitable sport, we are supposed to do sports at a right time. Some believe that doing exercise in the morning is best, while others think jogging after having dinner is most healthy. Actually, I looked up information on the Internet and found that there is no reliable evidence to suggest that calories are burned more efficiently at certain times of day. But it is also well known that an appropriate time for doing sports can leave us a good mood, which may stimulate you to stick to do exercise. Besides, some experts said morning can be the best time for doing sports if you find it hard to be consistent.
Therefore, even if we cannot raise our efficiency of having physical training, we are able to choose a suitable time to exercise with our friends or family. In this way, we can change doing exercise into a kind of amusement.
Finally, I firmly believe that a suitable place is needed when we are doing exercise. None of us hopes someone will jump upstairs or will run on a crowded street. These behaviors can make a bad influence to other people and harm themselves in the meanwhile. In order to avoid these terrible things, we should find a suitable place for exercising before doing it. In most of the time, playgrounds and gymnasia are perfect, while a quiet road can be chosen for running and jogging as well. They are supposed to be decided by physical truth.
All in all, only after we have considered carefully how we start our project of exercising can we do physical training in the right way and get the greatest return. Sincerely I expect that everyone who want to keep fit by doing exercise will finally achieve their goals.
