The junk food is a fast and very popular solution, the problem is that the extent it is consumed can cause adverse health effects. During the holidays the consumption of fast food usually increases, the fatty, crispy, fried and loaded with sugar products are very easy to find, especially when we are away from home. However, both the body and the mind can suffer from the effects of junk food, especially when consumed in excess.
