Healthy Breakfast Recipe
Pan cake with banana and strawberry
Ingredients
- All purpose floor 1 cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Baking soda ¼ tsp
- Honey or brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Egg 1
- Milk 1 cup
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Banana 1
- Strawberries 4 to 5
- Cherries 5 to 8
Directions
In a bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, honey, egg, oil, milk and beat it well until a smooth mixture forms. Heat a non stick pan and pour 3 tbsp mixture on it and spread evenly, then cook both sides for 2 minute each.
Now place the pan cakes in a plate and top with banana, strawberry slices and add cherries on the top. You can take this healthy breakfast with green or a smoothie of your choice.

Stir fry rice with eggs and cucumber
Ingredients
- Rice (boiled) 1 cup
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tsp
- Eggs (boiled) 2
- Cucumber 1
Directions
In a pan add oil and roast cumin seeds for 30 seconds then add boiled rice and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes and add soya sauce and vinegar and cook for 1 minute and then dish out.
Now in a serving dish add rice and top them with half boiled eggs and cucumber and serve immediately.

Dinner Recipe
Grilled chicken with tortilla
Ingredients
- Chicken breast 200gm
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Tomato 1
- Capsicum 1
- Onion 1
- Tortilla bread 1
Directions
Marinate the chicken with soya sauce, mustard paste, salt, black pepper, vinegar and place aside for 2 hours. Cut the capsicum, tomato and onion. Grill the chicken in electric grill and when it’s done, cut into slices and place it in a sizzler.
Now stir fry the veggies and also put them in the sizzler. In tortilla bread place some veggies and chicken slices and wrap it. Serve it with cream sauce.
