Among many entrepreneurs in Bhutan one of the grooming entrepreneur namely Yeshi Lhendup, who runs a business on an audio visual. He runs his business at his own home providing services to the needed ones in regards to editing of any audio visuals.
To highlight about his professional, Audio visual means possessing both a sound and visual component, such as slide-tape presentations, movies, television programs and live theater productions. The idea strike in his mind when he was a college student where he made movies and documentaries gaining him good feedbacks and received the acknowledgement from many viewers.
And also from which he had many followers and encouraged him to move further to create his own brand. Yeshi Lhendup then realized he wanted to follow filmmaking. As soon as he graduated from college he started his career. He now owns audio-visual business and a YouTube channel as “Yeshi Lhendup Films” with many followers.
His passion in making films and editing lead him to produce his own business. And with wholeheartedly he enjoys his profession.
Being an Entrepreneur is one of the most exhilarating and popular things to do. Though starting and upholding your own business isn’t easy. The journey of his business life may not have been a pleasant one, he relied on his friends and families to borrow the equipment’s in the beginning but later on he could effort of his own by lending financial support from private sector lending.
He did not have any equipment of his own at first to work on with the career he chose but when the time goes by Yeshi’s revolution came with the production of “La Nye Ngam” a music video for the popular Bhutanese band, Misty Terrace, in the year of 2017. In which the video was a hit, and helped open gates for him. Now, in addition to having his own office and equipment, Yeshi Lhendup Films is a successful business, gaining more popularity each day.
In our talks over the phone, he said that in these coming days and in the near future Yeshi plans to train people and start a production house.
“I want to take the level of videography towards a fresh dimension and to help improve visual arts in our country,” says Yeshi. He wants to create his own of training house where he can train the people and let them be skilled on audio visual. Yeshi now having his own office and equipment, “Yeshi Lhendup Films” is a successful business, gaining him more popularity each passing day.
Conclusion
The motivations for becoming an entrepreneur are varied and can include the likely for financial reward, the hobby of personal values and interests, and the interest in social change. For innovation to be relevant for sustainable businesses, it has to be meaningful and affect a large number of stakeholders.
