Without failure there is no achievement. Failure leads to success because it will get rid of your fears, motivate you, and redirect your path. Failure will be an inevitable stage in life when you truly desire to be a successful person
Furthermore, failure will lead to later successes because it will help you get rid of your fears. Failure can tear you down, but if we look at it in a more positive perspective it only makes you a stronger person since it gets rid of your fear of failing. The fear of failing can cause us to not try new opportunities, which can later resist us from moving forward and succeeding in life.
Bill Cosby once said, “in order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure.” With this he is telling us that if we allow fear to stop our progress in life, we will more than likely miss out on some great opportunities along the way. It is usually the fear of failing that holds most people back from getting out of their comfort zones to explore new options that can later lead you to success.
In addition, failure itself will motivate you to achieve success. Once you fail you learn that although you feel like you are at your worst you cannot give up. Not giving up will later give you the motivation to get up and try harder. Steve Jobs, also known as the founder of Apple, built Apple in a garage, he then got fired from his very own company.
Instead of giving up that motivated him to begin with Pixar. He later became so successful that he was able to buy back Apple. Now people all over the world cannot live without their iPhones. Most successful people had been through several failures but despite it all, they are motivated to continue moving forward and not let failure overcome their desire to succeed. Maybe all you really needed to succeed was that extra push that failure gave you.
Moreover, failure will redirect your path and shows you where you should not be. Most people tend to second guess what they really want to do with their life’s, and as people fail they start to open their eyes and realize if the decisions they took are genuinely what they want for their future. Failure will give you a sense of clarity to see where you have gone wrong, it will help you plan out a better plan and get to where you truly desire to be.
Failure basically tells us, “hey those things you are doing are not working well, try something new.” Failure should be our a red flag telling us to closely examine the path we are taking. Many successful people who have gone far with their education did not graduate high school knowing exactly what they wanted to be in the future. Failure will work as an opportunity, and a chance to reevaluate what you really want and come back stronger with better reasonings.
Fail is your success in progress. By failing you will get rid of fears, be motivated to try harder, and have the opportunity to redirect your path. Failure will create extraordinary change, and open doors to new and better opportunities.
