Young children fail to appreciate when their parent(s) are being over- protective and trying to educate them on how dangerous it is for them to go on websites and falsify their ages on websites like Back Page and Facebook. Pedophilias is defined as an ongoing recurrent and intense sexually arousing fantasies, sexual urges, or behaviors involving sexual activities with a prepubescent child or children. A growing body of research addresses issues of commercial exploitation of children(CSEC) and child sex trafficking. These terms describe crimes of a sexual nature committed against children that commercially sexually exploited youth typically experience significant and ongoing trauma. The literature teaches that these youths have a unique set of health risks, including violence related injuries, sexually transmitted infections(STIs), unwanted pregnancy, and a variety of mental health problems.

Although federal law defines these youth as victims of human trafficking, in many states, commercially sexually exploited children and adolescents are incarcerated for crimes related to their exploitation. Fear of incarceration can prevent victims for seeking available services. Although health care providers might play a critical role in connecting commercially sexually exploited youth with community resources, most providers lack the knowledge of human trafficking necessary to fulfill this role effectively. Therefore, further research into the prevention, identification, intervention, and multidisciplinary management of CSEC and sex trafficking of children and adolescents is needed.

Commercial sexual and exploitation of children and child sex trafficking defines acts of trafficking in persons as the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring and receipt of persons, by means of the threat or use of force or other forms of coercion, and abduction, of fraud, of deception, of the abuse of power or of a position of vulnerability or of the giving of the giving or receiving of payments or benefits.

Sadly it is a well- known fact that there are thousands of young girls that are presently being trafficked from country to country yearly, and critical feminists view sex trafficking s the personification of the exploitation of women for financial gain. There are many types of trafficking: Women and young girls are common targets of what is called commercial sexual exploitation. In countries that have pornography rings children may be trapped when there are accounts where they may be forced to service as many as thirty men a day. Some may even become what is referred to as human containers, they arused as transporters of drugs through forced ingestion of condoms that is filled with illegal chemicals like cocaine. Despite their ages in some countries young girls can be forced to work in factories, fisheries, agricultural fields or in other industrial areas, this is referred to as labor servitude. Controlling sex trafficking is a very difficult task

Some travelers are threatened that there will be severe consequences if they were engaging in sexual activities with minors while traveling outside their country. There are laws that have been passed here in the United States, like the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000,this bill includes $360 million funding packages which were used to expand the new Operation Innocence Lost programs. This program is initiatively nationwide, this helps law enforcement agencies pursue sex traffickers and prostitution rings.
