Running a business is a hard working job and being able to maintain one is really important which individuals should consider knowing how to prevent losing their own business. Having a business helps individuals keep receiving money constantly and can boost their social class. Many individuals consider running a business for all the benefits it comes with. Though an individual has to put much time and effort into a business because it does get competitive and challenging and since many people are considering opening their own business in today’s society. People who are serious about their business are surely going to be fine maintaining it.
All the time and effort put into a business, at the end it would be worth it for sure because if a person really wants something and commits to it then that person will obviously earn what they worked for. Learning the right way to do business is what people need to first do to have the experience and knowledge. Good communication is key for a business that wants to expand and get known internationally for more profit which business people should consider improving on. People who are focused on having a business in the future need to have good communication to gain a relationship with their customers. A business owner showing that they are interested on the customers needs benefits them by attracting their customers. Having to communicate professionally will help a business boost up the customers and sale earnings. If people look into promoting their goods and gain the knowledge of its usage their business will grow.
Social media is another way to get business recognition from a bigger audience all over the world. As well, developing a relationship with the audience who are the business target will benefit the business by knowing the customers needs. It is helpful on having that connection with the customers to strengthen the business. Customers will want to find a way to comment on the business on either sharing feedback or comment on how the service was. This essay discusses that individuals need to understand that gaining the knowledge of these skills would definitely help business owners gain and keep a successful business of their own.
Having your business be promoted by other advertisers could expand the audience and attract more people. Promotions helps by gaining an extra amount of audience to look into your business. Basically, that helps business owners gain customers frequently if promotions of their goods are being done. Businesses needs to be constantly exposed such as in advertised to keep attracting the target audience or some else’s business who’s somewhat similar with goods is a competitor that could take over and that could cause a failed business. In the article, “Why Promotions are so Important and Why You Should Run Them Often” by Kylie Whaley she states, “The sales will increase as a result and with a successful promotion like this the business will get more return on its investment (Whaley pg. 1 para. 4).”
To illustrate, if people in business are using promotions the right way, that could definitely benefit the business. This can be supported since Whaley is a serious professional writer who knows what she’s talking about in her article since she did her own research on promotions in business. As well, more of the business target audience could be reached through promotions on social media, television, newspapers, etc. The authors point of view is having individuals aware of how promotions are worth having for a business. The business owner could receive more profit and that helps maintain and continue a strong business going.
To not let a business fail, there has to be a huge amount of time to make customers want to shop what’s being provided and needs to be attraction at all times from customers because then no profit is being made. People interested on receiving extra profit or customers should do promotions because those individuals interested in business could be benefited with the information the author provides. Promotions are recommended for those individuals who want to keep a strong and ongoing professional business. For example, as a personal experience I have a male cousin who is a hard worker and he has his own business selling goods, I know that he has close friends that promote his business in the social media to attract more audience and that gains more followers on his business page and increase the sells of goods.
My cousin simply attracting a few people to his business is extra profit he’s making which is pretty convincing for someone who is in business wanting to do the same to get the same benefits. Having famous people promote goods from a market to the social media is a huge help for someone’s business. Also, another example, my father has his own business at the swap meet which he only goes three times a week but doesn’t run his business on social media, though his customers tell friends and family members about his products and in that way they are promoting his business. I consider telling my father that he can increase profit by uploading his business on social media.
For instance, in the article, “15 Reasons Why Marketing Through Social Media is a Must For Every Small Business” by Keran Smith she states, “That’s why 97% of marketers are using social media to reach their audiences (Smith pg.1).” For that reason, there’s a good guarantee chance of a business owner to get wealthier. Seems that a lot of marketers got influenced to join their business in social media. The social media is a source which many businesses are considering to use for the same reasons. Usually, these businesses get better after that step being taken when allowing social media determine what should be done for improvement. Such as the feedback and ratings that are given by customers from social media. Taking this step to increase social media audience by using promotions would not be a negative impact on business owners it would make a blessing instead.
By a business owner having an account on social media of the business itself, it can certainly be useful to communicate with individuals all over the world. Providing the goods from the business on social media sites attracts individuals who have an interest on the products. For example, an experience I have had was when I encountered a promotion and was advertising an online business which had shoes that fascinated me, I then found some shoes I wanted to order but the size that I wanted ran out from their stock. I then considered sending a direct message to the owner of the business asking when they were going to restock the size of the shoe I wanted and a few moment after I received a answer where the business owner had told me to not worry that he was going to consider re stocking that same weekend. I then was pleased with the service because they were understanding and kind which showed that he was being considerate.
The good thing with that is direct messages from devices that doesn’t consider meeting in person and even goods could be mailed to customers. Social media is used by so many people and it is a great way to communicate easily and faster. In the article, “Benefits of social media for business”, it states “If used wisely, social media can be a powerful business tool (pg.1 para.1).” By social media being considered powerful is because this source has the ability to be used by all individuals and society has a easier way to communicate with others since the access for looking for someone or something is quicker. Social media isn’t complicated it can be learned to use by all individuals and it is a source that could instantly have a connection to other people with a device and social media as well. The author is stating how social media does help a business if it is used in the right way. Using social media with the proper skills to make the page professional is helpful to let the audience know that it’s a business and considering what kind of business it is should be important.
The author’s point of view is wanting to help benefit business owners and make them aware of the good use of social media. This is important, since people who are interested on creating their business they could gain this knowledge and use it to maintain one and grow from it. In the article, “Does Social Media Benefit Business” by Eiler Greg, “ Through the use of social media, businesses not only can achieve stronger search engine placement, but they can develop a stronger customer base and sales cycle as well (Eiler pg.1). ” A business in social media would create miracles because more opportunities open up when exposing the business to society. Individuals who have a business and take their time on using social media as a tool to help them expand are going to succeed extraordinary.
When keeping a close relationship with audience, it helps improve the business. As a customer, many consider leaving a review on the business they bought goods from, being aware of the customers needs could help gain their relationships because of the business owner being altruistic. In the article, “The Importance of Connecting With Your Audience in Marketing; Why is connecting to your audience important?” it states, “The reactions of your target audience will directly relate to business growth (pg.1 para.1).” Basically, to expand a business it is recommended to have a good interaction with the business’s target audience such as the customers who would likely be interested on the business. The author’s point of view is having business owners aware of the fact that it’s important to have a connection with the customers and the reason being is to keep receiving customers and maintaining the business longer.
For example, I had experienced writing a bad review on a business online that sold clothes because the clothing product was cheap looking when I received it and on the images from their page looked like a nice material. This is important because in a business to be able to keep it running professionally it’s easier to get feedback from their audience to maintain a professional relationship and happy customers. Having this skill should give extraordinary results when running a business. A business that has professional communication skills with their customers and constantly take their time receiving their preferences are going to keep winning and exceed exceptionally.
Complementary to this would be that social media could make businesses fail. Other individuals might argue that social media could bring down a market that wants to expand their business since there could be a chance that bad reviews keep customers away. This could be backed up by the fact that this could be prevented if business owners keep up with customers feedbacks and what could be improved, but business owners have to know to constantly check. Pleasing the customers needs would bring good reviews to the business in social media. Knowing that there could be some comments that make a business look bad that could have a impact on the market that’s being run but also trying and accepting to make changes could keep the business running. The only way a business can stop running is if the business owner doesn’t engage with the market on social media.
In conclusion, for a person who’s planning to have a business, there’s a process for that to happen and stay successful. For a business to grow there’s various of sources and techniques to follow to help a business owner. If a business owner consider using any help to increase customers and profits it would likely take a lot of work and time. As you can see, a social media opens the opportunity to connect with millions of people and businesses.
