Their locality is uptown Chicago which has a high HIV prevalence level and for ages 12-24; they have a Broadway youth center located in Boystown. The primary clinic, however, is on 4025 N Sheridan Road, Chicago IL 60613 and is open for six days a week. From Monday to Thursday they begin at noon till 7 pm, while on Friday and Saturday; their services start at 9 am and end at 4 pm and 2 pm respectively.

The Clark Street Center is on 6500 N Clark Street, Chicago IL 60625 and operates five days a week. From Monday to Thursday; they open at noon and close at 7 pm, while on Friday they begin at 9 am until 4 pm. their 63rd Street Service Center is on 641 W 63rd St, Chicago, IL 60621; and is operational for five days a week as well.

From Monday up to Friday, the 63rd street clinic opens at 9 am except for Tuesday in which case they start at 10 pm. Their closing time is 5 pm except for Wednesday and Thursday which they extend to 7 pm. For the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month, the center on 63rd street is accessible from 9 am up to 3 pm.

The centers are staffed with trained medics who offer professional services including; HIV tests; rapid and confirmatory. Syphilis, Chlamydia, and Gonorrhea are screened together with symptomatic or asymptomatic Hepatitis A, B, and C. Other sexually transmitted infections tested are;
