The project I chose for this semester is about starting an entrepreneur program for students. As we know, Probably the most well known entrepreneurs made completely new techniques for creation Henry Ford, made new innovations, for example, the PC Steve Jobs, or developed groundbreaking gadgets that we can’t envision being without Thomas Edison. What is an entrepreneur? a person who organizes and operates a business or businesses, taking on greater than normal financial risks in order to do so. Business visionaries assume a key job in any economy, utilizing the abilities and activity important to envision needs and put up great new thoughts for sale to the public. Business people who end up assuming the dangers of a startup are remunerated with benefits, notoriety, and proceeded with development openings. The first key topic I would discuss Market identification. As we know marketing is one of the key factors in starting a successful business, yet some business owners have a vague understanding of exactly what marketing is and how to approach it. In my program the participants will learn to answer question like, who is the customer? 1.Next they will have to select a certain market and customers, 2. Analyze the market for the competitors, 3. Position and differentiate products from the competition, 4. develop a competitive advantage for your own business.
The second topic I will discuss is finances and fundings. Money is a major factor for any company and for businesses just starting out. When you start a business it usually require a lot of funds in the early stages, so you’ll be able to develop the products, build market share, and retain a good team in your business. They also may have limited cash flow in the early stages, which may have been successful but will fail in the end as a result of poor financial management, 1. so in my program i will discuss how to forecast financial performances for their business 2. How to raise funds to support the growth of the business.
The last important topic is value proposition. What is value proposition? It shows the advantages for certain organizations to be able to offer items for their clients. 1. A value proposition can be a helpful guide so the participants will develop skills to identify their value proposition and be able to clearly communicate to customers, team members and investors. 2. Gain market share for targeted segments, 3. Increasing your business revenue.
Many programs have their strength and weaknesses, but for my strengths we’ll be able to Assist members with understanding the procedure, difficulties, dangers and prizes of firing up another adaptable endeavor, give them the tools to create a business and be able to better their odds of effectively when starting a business. The weaknesses may be low timed sessions(twice a week), Many people won’t be able to have one on one discussions and finding other motivators for each session to help discuss certain topics.
