Abstract

“A study of diagnosis of problems related to physical health, rehabilitation through yoga, exercise, balanced diet, and naturopathy”

The studies main aim was describing the effect of physical fitness training at “Gujarat Vidhyapith Health Center” 60 (sixty) peasants selected by random and was between 40 to 50 years old and then divide in three groups (A, B, C) Group A- 10 days training, B- 20 days training, C- 30 days training. The training program was 8 weeks (6 days in a week) test taken by the teacher that the test was like Weight, Body Mass Index, Fat, Heart Rate, etc. In this research for these statistical analyses, ANCOVA was done. The level of significance was taken 0.05 for evaluation, significantly different of the “F” value on the base of available information by these examination Group-C 30 days training was effective for the improved performance comparatively Group-A 10days training.

Introduction

In the current medical science, there are much researches. But if a person feels sick, then he is looking for a way to heal it. But every person who is connected to that land in such a way that we should not be sick must stay active in a passive state. Method

According to the details and their views received by the Medical Examiner, the details and medical examination received after 10, 20, and 30 days of natural remedies and yoga training programs were found to be of great benefit to the patients who were suffering from these diseases. Natural healing and yoga training of 10, 20, and 30 days of weight showed an average of 9.04 to 2.76 kg. The body mass index was also seen to be below average 3.02 to 1.14. The fat content was more than 25 kilograms. It showed an average reduction in the amount of fat from 5.64 to 2.60 kg fat. The pulse rate was also seen in normal conditions.

Findings the Results

The following findings can be concluded at the end of this study.

  1. There was a significant improvement in the health improvement of the topics related to natural therapy and participating in the Yoga Lifestyle program of 10, 20, and 30 days.
  2. Though the contents of all the groups were similar in their group, according to their schedule, the daily routine and training were different.
  3. The subject matter weight, the Bodi Mass Index, and fat content were seen in more than 10 days to 20 days and 20 to 30 days in the topic papers attached to the training.

  5. The revision of this method can be undertaken with the addition of more physiological abilities.
  6. This method of health improvement can involve natural remedies for older persons and yoga training programs with their daily routine.
  7. It is very important that teachers, superintendents, superintendents, police, business class, etc., have a strong need for their health and their routine guidance on physical and physical health.
