When I was younger, I was someone who would always get a game and end up being able to get inside of the systems software and hack into the game and make changes to my liking. Cyber security is about being able to protect major companies from hacks. I want to be a cyber security analyst so that I could protect major companies. But I have to earn my Associate’s degree in Arts/Information technology from Tarrant County College, earn my bachelor’s degree in information technology from the University of North Texas or University of Texas at San Antonio, and work as a cyber security analyst for a major company such as Google, Amazon, Apple.
My first goal is to earn my associates degree in Arts/Information technology from Tarrant County College. This goal is important, because it is the beginning process to becoming a cyber security analyst. I need to achieve strategies such as apply for financial aid, talk to my advisor, develop study habits, and I also need to study at least 20 hours a week.
My second goal is to earn my bachelor’s degree in information technology from the University of North Texas or the University of Texas at San Antonio. This goal is important because this is what the cyber security jobs are looking for the most. Strategies I need to apply to this goal are to meet all entrance requirements, transportation, manage time, and complete all assignments on time.

My third goal is to be a cyber security analyst for a major company such as google, amazon or apple. This goal is very important, because this is the objective I have been working on the past four years. Strategies I need to achieve this goal is I would need to Develop a résumé, write effective cover letters for each job that I apply for, obtain help from the career services department and the alumni office, be able to know the fundamentals of handling computer systems, be able to communicate with my co-workers, And I also need this to provide for myself and my family.
