Have you ever thought about how we know our date of birth, but do not know our date of death? As a kid, I always wondered why do we have to die? Will it be a second life? Now that I am older and understand the concept of life and Death, I no longer have the fear of dying. Although, I still think about how he we live everyday not knowing our date of death.

When we are first born, we have a strong bond with our mother. It is an new environment for us as newborns. We sleep all day, and be up all night, we cry when we are hungry, sleepy, and need our diaper changed. We are born into a world of sin and it is not our fault. As a newborn, you have no worries at all. You do not have to worry about death such as wondering when you are going to die or how you are going to die.

As a kid, I always have been afraid of dying. The number one reason I was afraid of dying was because I always wanted to experience how it felt to pay your own bills, make your own money and not ask anybody for a dime. So many young people die at a young age from committing suicide, from getting bullied, and just simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I feel as if no one deserves to die unless it is their time to go to be with the Lord.

Death itself surrounds us; it could be at any corner whether it is a car accident, choking on food, or just simply slipping on ice. I truly believes everyone thinks about death, they just try not to dread it. Dying without knowing your purpose in life is something that I do not want to experience. We should always live our best lives and treat others how we want to be treated. Never take life for granted because no one knows the day nor the hour.

Death is an indissoluble part of life. If we are able to live life honestly and fearless, we have to accept that death is ultimately inescapable. We should not let death let us live in fear, but rather to live our best lives. Often times, we worry about what people would think of us because we have a fear of dying. People would criticize you for doing and even trying to do good, so imagine how it would feel for a person to criticize you just because you have a fear of dying. We as human beings, believe that if we had a better understanding of the rites and rituals that conduct a death in our philosophy, faith, or spiritual group, we could better assemble for the moribund and sorrow procedure or process.
