Yes am a higher achiever, High archiver is person who is successful in their work usually as a result of their efforts.Higher archiver are ambitious,goal focused,self discipline individuals,who are driven by strong person desire to accomplish meaningful or important goals forexample according to David Mecllelland’s human motivation theory states that there are three main motivators that determine who we are,the needs for archievement,affiliation and power.But with higher archiver,the dominant driver is the need for archievement which can mostly be accomplished by people who are high archiver in an organization.

High achievers can transport themselves into the future in their mind, create clarity on what it looks like, feels like, and acts like, and then, coming back to today, translate their vision into their reality (Singh, 2001). The circumstances that can influence to be a higher achiever which are attitude, intention, environment, self confidence, self consciousnessю

High archiver as a person who is successful in their work usually as a result of their efforts are characterized with various features as they tend to

prefer personal responsibility for performance, thus I like to attain success through the focus of my own abilities and effort rather than by team work or chance factors outside of my control. Hence personal satisfaction is derived from accomplishment of the task and recognition need to come from other people. (Robbins2005)

To be innovative, thus I always seek moderately challenging tasks, always I tend to move onto something a little more challenging In seeking short cuts, am more restless and Ш avoid routine and also I travel more. Еhere is a constant search for variety and for information to find new ways of doing things (Robbins,2005) prefer moderate task difficult and goals as an archievement incentive. Еhis provides the best opportunity of proving I can do better, if the task is too difficult or too risky it would reduce the chances of success and of gaining need satisfaction and if the course of work is too easy or too safe there is a little challenge in accomplishing the task and little satisfaction from success (Robbins, 2002).

Consider clear and unambiguous feedback in every situation,a knowledge of results within a reasonable time vis necessary for self evaluation (Robbins, 2002), feedback enables them to determine success or failure in the accomplishment of goals and to derive satisfaction from activities. consciously create future. I don not leave their life, their career, their future success and happiness up to chance.Is your career and life by design or default? High achievers feel empowered to create and shape their outcomes. I regularly carve out time in my year to get specific about what Ш want, and then to go about achieve those things.The more specific you become in what you want from your career and your life, the more chance you have of achieving it.

Have high motivation. Unless you know why your want something and feel connected to what is most important to you then it is all too easy to be thrown off course (Mullins,2010). There is going to come a point in the pursuit of any big goal when you are going to want to quit and walk away. l have not all done it. I set out to get fit, go after a new work goal, achieve a financial target and we start with a flurry of optimism and hope only to find that after a few weeks or months that it all gets a bit hard and the pull of our old comfortable ways stop us in our tracks. The key to success is consistency and persistence and tapping into your inner motivation. I must remain connected to why this endeavour is important and what is at stake. This will give you the push you need to keep going when things get tough.

Reject the urge to procrastinate. The biggest hurdle of achievement is procrastination. It is easy to put things off. It is too easy to push the pause button and not start. But starting is the key. I will never achieve anything of significance if you succumb to the urge to stay safe and to wait until you have rock solid certainty or for courage to show up (Mullins, 2010). And don not worry about knowing every step towards your magnificent outcome before you get started.High achievers know the secrete to success is to start. Chunk the big idea down into small bit size pieces and start with small easy steps to gain momentum. But the most important step is to start.

Apart from above qualities that I can tell that am a higher achiever, also those qualities help me as a manager in various economic and social matter,the following is how those factors mentioned above can help to path to top management as, it helps to develop a qualities of leadership that can help to path to the top management; this means that a higher achiever can develop a leadership qualities such as integrity, vision, empathy, influence, and self confidence. These help to path to the top management because a higher achiever can do all activities that found in top management and promote the development of top management in the organization. So to be a higher achiever can help to path to the top management.

It helps to develop intellectual resources that can help to path to the top management; being a higher achiever can help me to path to the top management because to path to top management needs a person that can be a higher achiever because being a higher achiever can promote me to be a member of the top management and I can carry out various activities of top managers and to reach an expected goals of the organization. So being a higher achiever can promote me to path to the top management.

Enhance self motivation. High achiver through self motivation gives them a path to top management becouse self motivation brings the strive for a person achievement rather than the reward for success. Also self motivation led top management to become positive and friendly and have excellent communication skills with the employees (Hellriegel, & Slocum, 2008). Also self motivation enable to be goal oriented which also influence employee to also have their goals which together will led to achievement of organization goals.

High achiever does not necessarily lead to being a good manager thus hinder path to top management. This is because high achiever do not need to influence other rather than themselves.This situation makes them to lack a need for power which through top management the power will led a manger to control the employees and maintain the discipline in an organization (Robbins, 2005). Top management role is to have control over the employees performance to avoid loss thus high achiever in order to path to top management they need to have power.

Through innovation help to have a path to top management; Higher achiever always is very innovative which is more important in top management in carrying various activities of the organization because top management needs a person who is very innovative, an innovative person can do all roles of the top managers effectively and lead to the achievement of the organizational’ goals. Hence innovation helps a higher achiever to path to the top management (Kondalkal, 2007).

High achiever are Most important people neened in high percent in any organiziAtion.But having only high achievers people sometime is not best, therefore the need for achievent should have complement with other needs like need for affiliation and power .Therefore if high achiever are complement with people with power and affiliation it can lead them to increse performance more and motivation which will led to effective and efficient attaining of organization goals.
