As I think everyone should have equal rights and freedoms either a person (a man or woman) or an animal because every human or animal is same as they are the creatures of same God. According to me, human rights are universal rights of each individual, irrespective of nationality, sexual orientation, ethnicity, color, religion, place of birth, language or anything else sign. Everyone has equal human rights which helps in reducing all forms of racism. To some extent, equality of rights is important because we don’t have any right to suppress others on the basis of color or gender.
A right is an important kind of authority given to all residents, for instance, the right to vote, the right to property, the right to worship, the right to information, etc. Liberty is something when you have no limitations on the behavior of your acts or doings such as freedom of speech, freedom to protest, freedom to criticize, etc. An appropriate country is that in which all privileges are maintained, and all the people have been treated equally, where corruption is insignificant, where terrorism is less, then that country can be called a country where free choice or freedom really exists.
Both the terms, rights and freedoms are linked to the democracy and constitution. As I did a course of political science in which our professor taught us that there is a Bill of rights which is a historical work of written law in the Constitution of Canada, in which every citizen has given certain rights and freedoms to choose a life however the individuals want under the laws in the constitution. It has brought the country a whole new life and has become a symbol of pride and equal protection under the law, and even among other countries around the world. I think that this bill of rights is important part of the Canadian constitutioneveryone should have the right to life, equality and pursuit of happiness and the right to be not stripped of it unless in keeping with the basic principles of equality.
As I think that everyone is free before and in accordance with the law and has right to be treated equally so charter of rights and freedoms is something which defines the rights and freedoms of people ( Canadians ) and this bill of rights also establishes some limits to these rights and freedoms.
