The Blind Side is a movie about a homeless teenager that gets adopted and it changes his life forever. This movie is based on a true story about a young man named Michael Oher and his adoption family. He was a quiet young man that grew to be confident and that got him many football scholarships. All of the actors did a great job at playing the roles of the real people. The actor that played the best role to me would be Quinton Aaron. He played as Michael Oher a,kta, “Big Mike” the sad homeless teen. He did an amazingjob at making the audience feel sympathy for him I really felt all of the emotions in this movie, because the actors did such a great job at portraying the storyline.
I chose to review this movie because it is one of my favorite movies, the acting is amazing, and it has a good meaning The first time I watched this movie I instantly fell in love with the film. This movie is one of my favorites because it is based on a true story and it gives you mixed emotions I cried, laughed, and cheered on along with Michael. Watching Michael grow into a wonderful man made me really happy. This movie is great for everyone that enjoys a good touching story and sports, I personally enjoy movies like that. The acting in this movie was phenomenal. The actors did an amazing job at playing the roles of the real people and keeping character.
Sandra Bullock played Leigh Anne who is Michael’s adopted mother and she really wanted to motivate Michael to do his best. She fought for him when people were being racist. Sandra is an amazing actress overall. She has won many awards for being a great actress. Whenever I watch a movie based on a true story I view it differently. This movie had a really good meaning behind it. It taught me that not everyone has all the same things as other people. It also taught me that a lot of people go through rough times in life more than others, so it made me more understandable.
