Nowadays, as the development of economic, people’s living styles become faster and faster. With mountainous of work to deal with, more and more people choose to have fast food, which leads to a result that obesity become a growing problem for teenagers.
As we can see, obesity is not only a problem that makes a person’s appearance quiet terrible. And it is also an utmost important reason for people’s bad health condition. According to the article “what are the diseases caused by obesity” , the main disease caused by obesity is hypertension refers to the increase of systemic circulating arterial pressure, which is a common clinical syndrome. At the same time, both obesity and hypertension are important risk factors for cardiovascular diseases.
With the problem obesity becoming more and more serious, an increasing number of teenagers starting to search ways to keep fit as well as to lose weight. When comes to keep fit, teenagers may become confused as they are facing so many options but don’t know what to do and don’t know which is the best way to do it. A great number of teenagers may even hurt their health condition for they may choose to have some so-called “weight-losing” products.
Since there is a huge problem for teenagers to keep fit. I would like to give some advice personally which can not only for teenagers to keep fit but also for them to keep healthy.
First and foremost, as far as I am concerned, keep a healthy diet is utmost important in losing weight for teenagers. There is does relationship between obesity and diet. People eating behavior is determined by feeding the control mechanism, it is central mechanism( hypothalamus and brainstem centers) and central, what food intake, full sense of the production of a series of eating behaviors. “Teenagers in the process of weight loss to achieve a balance of good food. They must absorb a variety of food, including chicken, fish, meat, eggs and other animal food, but also cereal, beans, vegetables, fruit as well as other plant foods.”
According to Xiaowu Chen and Yiru Chen. Only eat mixed food which is of various kinds, appropriate proportion as well as abundant, it can give full play to all sorts of nutrition in food nutrition efficiency, improve nutrition value of food and nutrition of physiological value. Meanwhile, the diversification of food can promote appetite, enhance the body’s absorption of nutrients as well as use. To keeping fit, if there is only one thing that you should do, you should have a healthy diet.
Secondly, meanwhile, is to keep a daily exercise. Human intake of food every day, the food is converted into heat energy substances in the body. Some teenagers exercise such little that the body can only consume a small amount of heat, which lead to the teenagers’ obesity. According to Chen’s article, teenagers should keep a regular exercise which is Aerobic. “aerobic exercise, or aerobic metabolism of sugar and fat”. Aerobic exercise interesting is low, duration is long, have certain rhythm, convenient and easy to do, easy to insist. Keeping a daily exercise habit and ensuring a certain amount of exercise will greatly benefit teenagers’ weight loss and healthy problem.
Last but not least, keep a mental health is crucial basis. According to an investigation on physical and mental health of obese college students. Obese students had poor physical and mental health, and their physical as well as mental health status gradually decreased with the increase of BMI. And according to another survey, “obese adolescents are more likely to have healthy problems, and poor mental health levels can cause increased blood pressure in children.” We can draw a conclusion that controlling weight and improving teenagers’ mental health are of positive are of positive significance for teenagers keep healthy and fit.
Combined with the above analysis, what teenagers should do during weight loss is, keep a healthy diet, daily exercise and keep mental health. As far as I am concerned, teenager obesity is an urgent problem to be solved, which can only be better solved by scientific methods and healthy psychology.
