The Human Resources Sergeant in the Professional Arms has the starring role of supporting the Army philosophy. There are many reasons this is true. Being an HR Noncommissioned Officer Soldier’s careers depend on you knowing your functions and giving guidance to junior and higher ranking Soldiers. You have to be competent in understanding your roles and tasks as a leader.
The organization that you belong to depends on you being a professional in your occupation; you will always have continued education to maintain your knowledge. Then you will be looked upon to share the information that you learn. As leaders, you should always train your Soldiers everything you have learned so when they are in that position they will know how to carry on.
