The limbic system is in charge of the emotions we experience during dreaming such as fear, stress, paranoia, joy and devotion. The least known of the brain isare the frontal lobes. The duty of the frontal lobes is to make the human body not accept what is actually happening when sleeping. That is part of the reason which can cause a person to doubt if they are dreaming or if it isa reality.
It’s been speculated that the human body can dream up to six times per day. Out of each dream, only five percent stays, when the body awakens. Psychologist have stated that each dream has a meaning behind itthem. Some meanings have even been written in books. There’s a book titled “The Dream Interpretation Dictionary” written by J.M. DeBord. It goes into full details of the meanings of some dreams. The book explains some of the common types of dreams like falling from the sky, dreaming of a worst nightmare, making money or being president. This book is one of many examples of the psychology of dreams and their meanings. It does not give all the answers, but it will give a possible meaning.
