Having been to the restaurant several times, I can truly say that their genuine interest in the customers is noteworthy. The employees at Chick-fil-A are good at what they do, and what they do is make a customer feel welcomed. They will fervently go the extra mile to serve you. For instance, when I went to Chick-fil-A for the first time a few years ago in Massachusetts, I was a witness to their selflessness. After I had eaten, I simply asked an employee at the cash register for a cup of water.
Rather than just giving me a cup of water, he told me to stay put and walked all the way across the restaurant just so that he could put a lid on it and so I could take the drink to go in case I wanted to. It is a gesture so small, but I still remember it to this day. The man could have easily just continued his job and could have shoved the drink in my face, but instead he proved himself thoughtful.

Whenever I eat at Chick-fil-A, there is always a long line, however, it moves quickly and is well worth the wait.

It is dipped into an egg and milk mixture, tossed into the seasoned coater, and then made to a crispy, juicy sandwich. My personal favorite is the strawberry milkshake beverage they serve. It contains the perfect proportion of strawberries to ice cream and milk, easily making it satiable. In all, it is rare to hear that Chick-fil-A has disappointed a customer’s taste buds and is a positive for food quality.
Chick-fil-A has far exceeded my expectations for service at a restaurant. The sincere environment is bound to give you a positive eating experience.
