Abortion is a hotly-debated topic that often divides opinion. It’s often discussed yet rarely understood. Abortion can be a very sensitive topic in the world today. Whether it is considered murder verse a moral right. Abortion is the result of the unwanted pregnancy by deprivation of or death of the embryo or fetus before birth. To start with, women should have every right to do what they think is best for them and their bodies. Instead of getting told what they can’t do or what is the right thing to do with their bodies. “Data indicates that more than 40% of all women will end a pregnancy by abortion at some time in their reproductive lives.’ All woman have their reasons why they choose to abort. Some reasons can be financial instability, relationship problems, being a rape victim or simply not being a fit mother.
In other situations a mother may be force to abort. For example, health issues on the child or the mother. Such as the fetus growing in the fallopian tube, this is called an Ectopic pregnancy. An Ectopic pregnancy could put the mother and the fetus in danger. Some abortions that are performed are a Medical abortion which requires you to take two medication in pill-form. One of the pill is called Mifeprex and the other Cytotec. This method can be done until your 10th week of pregnancy. Another abortion method is Vacuum Aspiration which uses a gentle suction to pull the fetus out of the uterus. They are more ways to get an abortion but these two methods are the most common that women get done. Getting an abortion is not easy nor it is cheap to get.
Abortion can cost up to $300 and $800 depending on how far along your pregnancy is and what provider you go to. Woman who get more than one abortion had reported experiencing relief afterwards, difficulty in maintaining personal relationships, fear of God, fear of another abortion, nervous breakdowns, feelings of anxiety, and much more. This proves how abortions do have an effect on women and how it’s not an easy thing to do. People who are against abortion will argue that it’s inhuman to get an abortion but President George Bush in 2003 signs a ban on late-term abortion, was that not good enough? That you just wanna get rid of abortion all together.’This right to life cannot be granted or denied by government because it does not come from government, it comes from the creator of life.’

Some pro-life will mention on how there’s putting up the child for adoption. Little do they know that putting a kid in foster care or putting a child up for adoption, causes the child to experience things that no kid should experience. Out foster care or our abortion programas are not that good like they say they are. “ In 2014, 64,300 children had been stuck in the foster care system for more than 3 years, 28,000 of them for 5 years or more.”
Who would want to put their child into foster care to suffer and not be in good hands. Some foster homes can treat the child badly without even the government knowing about it, as well the child might be frightened to speak up or simply too young to say anything. The Roe vs. Wade Supreme Court case made it to where any woman could obtain an abortion legally, minors must receive parental consent in many states throughout the United States. Why would you wanna take away a right of a woman with the decision what the can they do with their bodies.

It is also estimated that there are 43 million abortions a year.” The current population issue in the world, there are over 7 billion people on the planet and we have limited resources which are depleting quickly. If all those abortions didn’t happen imagen how much more people would be in the world. We are already losing so many natural resources. However the government has had hard debate on whether they should make abortion illegal or legal, but what do they know. I think it takes someone who has experience going through a abortion to actually have a opinion on whether should make it illegal or legal. No uterus, no opinion.

Only about half of strong Democrats think that a woman should be able to have an abortion for any reason.” Woman should have a every right to do what they want with their bodies just like men have every right to do what they want with theirs. As well yall might argue with “why don’t you just use birth control or condoms” There’s different types of birth control that women can take but some birth controls can not be as effective to a woman’s body. Some types of birth control would be The diaphragm, the contraceptive pill, implants, IUDs (intrauterine devices), sterilization and the morning after pill. Sometimes when a woman decides to take birth control it can rarely be effective.
Some women might turn to Plan B after having sexual intercourse. Plan B don’t alway work their has been cases where women take Plan B and get pregnant. “Plan B and first-trimester pregnancy share many of the same side effects: nausea, appetite change, tender and swollen breasts and fatigue. Many friends told me it was even normal to miss my periods after I had taken Plan B.” sometimes the body rejects to take any type of birth control or after pill. Some might say why don’t you just get your tubes tied. Maybe some women are not ready for that maybe they want to start a family when they are ready and financially stable. As well condoms might rip or just highly not be effective either. A woman can do everything to prevent getting pregnant but it could still happen to anyone.
