The changing global environment provides a strong understanding of the changes which provide a unique focus on the needs of individuals across different settings. Food security has been a significant issue within the global context especially considering the changing environmental conditions. Global warming and poor planning methods have made it difficult to focus on natural ways to produce enough food to meet the increasing population globally. The integration of genetically modified organisms provides a unique focus on essential changes which give a greater commitment to significant changes which help in defining a highly successful context.

The significant focus on genetically modified organisms as a solution to food security fails to address the new issues concerning public health and the wellbeing of individuals based on the scientific methods that are engaged in producing these food products. Integration of better techniques which improve food security is integral to overall social and economic development. The chemicals used in the production of GMO products are harmful to human health as well as increased soil and water pollution which highlights the fact that GMO is not a solution to sustainable food security.

Despite the critical role that GMO is playing regarding food security, a significant issue has been the influence of these food products to the health of consumers. GMO food products integrate chemicals, which are essential in ensuring that they mature faster. The strategies and methods used in the production of these food products are not controlled by providing that consumers are safe from the adverse effects. Public health has remained a significant concern globally especially considering the countries that have majorly embraced GMO in promoting food security. It is essential to consider the wellbeing of consumers who lack alternatives regarding the food they consume due to economic constraints. There is a growing need to address the significant concerns of the opponents of GMO food products as a remedy to food security due to the real health implication (Anderson, 42).

Genetically modified food products have also been linked to soil and water pollution. A number of chemicals used are redirected into the soil creating a very negative influence also to the existing global environmental challenges. There are no significant measures implemented concentrating on these challenges since many people have been overwhelmed by the success of GMO in improving food security status globally. The overall influence of these innovations is based on critical assessment and identification of essential processes that can be considered to eliminate these concerns (Godfray and Tara, 59).

My Position

There are significant risks which exist and provide a difficult understanding of the GMO food security application. The existing health concerns associated with GMO products have not been scientifically substantiated which highlights the need to focus on scientific methods to provide an understanding of these concerns. However, the increasing population shows that it is vital to provide a knowledge of improved food production techniques which will give a reliable evaluation of the existing food crisis. Genetically modified food production is the smartest way to maintain sustainable food security while limiting the cost, expenditure of output, as well as improved healthcare standards.

The current economic crisis presents a difficult environment which highlights that adopting of more cost-effective production techniques is crucial to ensure that there is a better focus on the overall development. Thus GMO presents a better opportunity where even the most struggling economies can be engaged and provide a greater evaluation of the underlying positive needs. Production of GMO food products can capitalize on the existing climate change, sustainable food production and capitalizing on the current technology innovation aimed at improving human wellbeing.

Food security has been a significant challenge, which requires a quick fix in ensuring that there is sustainable wellbeing. Fundamental concepts that are evaluated when considering food security is the adoption of technological strategies in increasing productivity. The development of genetically modified food products has provided a greater focus on improved food security due to the quick manner in which food production is enhanced by the integration of new scientific methods of food production. There is a need to focus on essential elements which provide a strong focus on fundamental changes which help in creating a conducive environment where the global population can be effectively engaged (Anderson, 23).

Sustainable development is highly threatened by climate change, which means that it will be complicated to plan when there is no proper understanding of the underlying vital elements, which need to be defined within the environment. Deforestation has been a significant issue leading to increased global warming. The increasing human population implies that there is a need to expand areas for settlement and other activities, and consequently, these measures are being implemented with the environment wellbeing being sacrificed (Gibson, 36). Humans have a right to protect the environment, but they have been unable to understand the extent to which global warming will have in negatively influencing the lives of both marina and surface living organisms. Individuals knowing the consequences of their actions are doing most of these activities.

Global warming is a problem that is complex and involves different causes which have a higher influence on the current developments. The increased release of greenhouse gases has limited the solar heat from the earth surface leading to increased temperature. The characteristic emissions into the atmosphere include carbon dioxide, methane, and other greenhouse gases, which have exposed the ecosystem to unprecedented climatic changes. Methane gas has been heavily associated with trapping heat in the atmosphere and is considered very dangerous when compared to carbon dioxide. Methane is more effective in trapping heat in the atmosphere, which is 20 times more than carbon dioxide (Sommerville et al., 31). These developments show that the soil has been deprived of rich minerals which can help in creating a transformed understanding of food production. Thus, the adoption of genetically modified products which can overcome these challenges is essential in improving the level of commitment within the global landscape

Therefore, the solution to these massive environmental challenges in food production is to develop proper ways that it would be possible to identify important concepts that would help in streamlining the food production sector and maintain high standards of food security. Taking these factors into consideration as well as mass production costs require critical evaluation of the available alternatives and how efficient they might be in shaping food production. The ability to produce and meet the existing demands require massive investments, which can take into consideration a very large arable land. However, currently, such large fertile land for mass production to meet the current needs is very difficult to find (Gibson, 59-62).

Scientific-technological innovations have provided a critical environment making it is possible to manage food security. The methodology that has been put in place offers a central focus on essential elements that promote a definite emphasis on the wellbeing of citizens. The adoption of these elements is necessary for defining a productive business environment able to achieve a higher level of sustainability. The rising demand for food products and existing shortage have been a significant factor in causing strain to the existing food production method; as a result, there is the need to ensure faster maturity to supply the high population. The research conducted in evaluating these technological methods has provided positive results regarding the impact on public health as well as environmental concerns (Poppy et al., 25).

GMOs have provided a significant platform where it is possible to maintain high standards in food production while managing the existing environmental concerns. The GMO technology that has been put in place has been effectively organized where it is easier to integrate better concepts to ensure that the required outcome is achieved. GMO products apart from increasing the levels of food security, it has also helped to improve the standards of farming conditions where it is possible to maintain strategic farming conditions, which take into consideration the changing global environment. GMO has focused on better use of water as well as reducing waste in a bid to maintain stable food production while keeping a strong focus on global environmental changes (Leyser, 29).

The adaptability of GMO techniques varies significantly across different climatic conditions, and thus it is possible to identify important production technique that is suitable to different regions which ensure that there is unlimited food production regardless of the weather and climatic conditions within a given place. The objective of GMO food products has been mainly to develop a strong focus on food security while taking into consideration the improved focus on environmental changes and differences across different regions (Poppy et al., 39).

Most of the current concerns regarding the consumption of GMO food products are mainly based on stereotypes, which are propagated by the opponents of genetically modified technology. The necessary understanding GMO food products require a critical focus on scientific findings which have considered GMO food products as a crucial way to maintain a high level of food sufficiency and sustainable development. It is impossible to keep significant levels of sustainable development when there is a considerable struggle with food security (Godfray and Tara, 42). Understanding the existing global challenges regarding food insecurity as well as the integral role that genetically modified technologies have played an indispensable role in reducing food deficit is essential in understanding the significant influence that these technologies are having on global food security. The decisions that are made in this case must take into consideration the existing difficulties in food production (Poppy et al., 65).

The production of natural foods is usually considered the best approach but the high costs and the long periods until maturity is detrimental to food security considering that their continuous demand for food products. The cost of food products is an essential factor that has influenced the adoption of genetically modified scientific methods of food production. Majority of individuals within the society are unable to afford the cost of naturally produced food products due to their high pricing. Therefore, the development of an alternative has developed a strong focus on essential elements that define a successful engagement (Leyser, 17).

GMOs have been integral in eliminating some of the common diseases due to genetic engineering technologies, which have controlled prevalent disease in food products. The research in genetic engineering is diverse considering the diverse aspects that are being evaluated in ensuring that there is a positive development. The primary approaches that have been embraced in this case are essential in maintaining a strong focus on positive societal development. GMOs technology is still developing which shows that it will be straightforward to solve these health challenges through the integration of specific approaches, which will be integral in maintaining high food production standards while taking into consideration the problems that limit the success of GMOs (Gibson, 29).

The global environment requires the integration of better approaches to improving the chances of food sustainability considering the increasing population and the changing environmental aspects which limit food production using natural means. The existing gap in food production requires to focus on essential approaches that can be put in place to maintain a high-level focus on crucial elements that shape a successful and sustainable food production. The current challenges developed by opponents of food security involving public health are issues that can be easily modified through a focus on positive development, which takes into consideration essential innovation elements that can help improve productivity while maintaining high levels of production. GMOs production is a necessary approach to food security will assist in keeping high standards of food quality through continued research in genetic engineering.
