Computer graphics would be my choice as the perfect form of employment. I gain great pleasure from all of the stages associated with this line of work. Looking at a picture seeing something more in it or bringing an ideal from a cerebral notion to reality is a source of enjoyment to me. I have no desire to pay for the computer and software needed for this line of work; that’s why I want to work for an employer.
The computer provides a solution to many work place problems. The problem of uniforms is eliminated. I don’t like uniforms they represent the arrogance of the employer. No safety equipment is needed to work with computers. They provide the ultimate mixture of variability. Every new project assigned is the variable. The only traveling I want to do is back and forth from work, engulfed by the routine and predictability that so many people try to avoid. The computer would grant me the opportunity to escape the wasted time of interpersonal workplace relationships.
In my ideal job I want variability, fun, some predictability, and even a routine. My motivation to succeed is the fear of failure, and returning to my previous profession of driving a semi truck. The ideal job is Computer Graphics.
